Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se detalla la s\u00edntesis de an\u00e1logos de nucle\u00f3sidos, en los que el el az\u00facar ha sido sustituido por un anillo de siete miembros 1,4-oxaheteroat\u00f3mico, y la nucleobase es una pirimidina natural (imina y cijtosina) o no natural (5-fluoro-,5-trifluorometil- y5-bromouracilos). para ello, se ha dise\u00f1ado un plan de trabajo que se resume gr\u00e1ficamente y en el que la modificaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica formal que se pretende llevar a cabo sobre las mol\u00e9culas tipo a es una reacci\u00f3n de ciclaci\u00f3n que conduce a las estructuras tipo b con el fragmento 1,4-oxaheteroep\u00e1nico unido a la base primid\u00ednica a trav\u00e9s de su n1. La variaci\u00f3n de la base pirimid\u00ednica intenta la b\u00fasqueda de una actibidad anticancerosa y\/o antiviral. La capacidad antiproliferativa de los derivados de 5-fluorouracilo sido evaluada frente a la l\u00ednea tumoral de c\u00e1ncer de colon ht-29.
