Aranzazu Mart\u00ednez Caballero <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tilmicosina es un nuevo antibi\u00f3tico macr\u00f3lido sintetizado a partir de la tilosina, conun espectro antibacteriano similar pero con mayor potencia de actividad frente a pasteurella multocida y pasterurella haemolytica introducido recientemente en medicina veterinaria.  se conoce que los antibi\u00f3ticos macr\u00f3lidos son causa de nuemrosas interacciones de significancia toxicol\u00f3gica cuando se administran conjuntamente con otros f\u00e1rmacos que se excretan tras metabolismo oxidativo hep\u00e1tico.  el objetivo del estudio es evaluar si este nuevo macr\u00f3lido timicosina presenta este tipod e interacci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica. Para este fin nosotros evaluamos el efecto de un tratamiento  a dosis m\u00faltiples de tilmicosina (20,40 y 80 mg\/kg, via oral durante 15 d\u00edas) sobre diferentes enzimas metabolizantes de f\u00e1rmacos, de fase i y de fase ii, en particular sobre sioenzimas del citrocromo p450 (cyp) de las subfamilias, cyp1a, cyp2a, cyp2b, cyp3a, cyp2c y cyp4a, asi como tambien sobre enzimas peroxisomales y mitocondirales, palmitoil coa oxidasa y carnitina acetiltransferas, y enzimas detoxicantes tipo udp glucuroniltransferasa y glutation s-trnsferasa.  los resultados del presente estudio demuestran que la tilmicosina a las dosis orales de 20 y 40 mg\/kg, no afecta claramente el metabolismo microsomal hep\u00e1tico asociado con las isoenzimas cyp1a\/2, cyp2a1, cyp3a1\/2, cyp2b1\/2, cyp2c11 y cyp4a1 por lo que no es propio que origine interacciones con otros f\u00e1rmacos que para su excreci\u00f3n sugran biotransformaci\u00f3n mediada por el citocromo p450 y que puedan ser administrados en terapia conjunta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Efectos del antibiotico macrolido tilmicosina sobre enzimas metabolizantes de farmacos de fase i y fase ii. comparacion con el macrolido eritromicina.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Efectos del antibiotico macrolido tilmicosina sobre enzimas metabolizantes de farmacos de fase i y fase ii. comparacion con el macrolido eritromicina. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
