La estimaci\u00f3n trata de evaluar y dise\u00f1ar los estimadores de estado operando antes en un entorno estoc\u00e1stico. Se busca la mejora de la resoluci\u00f3n de los problemas de identificaci\u00f3n y estimaci\u00f3n de estados de sistemas din\u00e1micos no-lineales y el control adaptativo de los mismos. Se presenta un nuevo m\u00e9todo h\u00edbrido para la optimizaci\u00f3n de funciones no lineales y no diferenciales que var\u00edan con el tiempo sin la utilizaci\u00f3n de demandas num\u00e9ricas. Este m\u00e9todo est\u00e1 basado en los algoritmos gen\u00e9ticos con una menor t\u00e9cnica de b\u00fasqueda que se ha llamado optimizaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica restringida. A partir de este algoritmo se presenta un m\u00e9todo de altas prestaciones para la identificaci\u00f3n de sistemas no lineales variables con el tiempo con modelos lineales y no lineales.
