El objetivo del trabajo en curso es determinar las interacciones moleculares entre prote\u00ednas virales y factores del hu\u00e9sped que pudieran estar alterados en el estado de transformaci\u00f3n celular, incluyendo en la morfog\u00e9nesis del virus y, en definitiva, contribuyendo al fen\u00f3meno de oncosupresi\u00f3n.  hasta el momento, hemos estudiado el ciclo de multiplicaci\u00f3n del parvovirus mvm en una l\u00ednea celular de glio blastoma humano no totalmente permisiva al virus. Hemos observado que la viabilidad de estas c\u00e9lulas es muy sensible a la infecci\u00f3n, aunque no se expresa a alto nivel la prote\u00edna no estructural responsable de la amplificaci\u00f3n del dna, as\u00ed como las prote\u00ednas de la c\u00e1psida. asimismo, se ha obtenido el patr\u00f3n de fosfop\u00e9ptidos en capa fina bidimensional de la principal prote\u00edna involucrada en m\u00faltiples eventos del ciclo vital del mvm. Por otra parte, hemos puesto a prueba la capacidad oncosupresora del mvm en un sistema in vivo, empleando c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma humano para general tumores en ratones inmunodeficientes, e
