Estos sitemas permitieron un acceso sencillo a derivados perhidrofurofuranicos. Se ha obtenido un compuesto alilico que ha permitido la incorporaci\u00f3n de dos electr\u00f3filos distintos de modo secuencial y en un solo paso, la etapa de litiaci\u00f3n.  en el cap\u00edtulo segundo se estudia la itiaci\u00f3n de sistemas alilicos y ru reactividad frente a epoxidos. As\u00ed se han sintetizados dioles que han permitido la sintesis en pocas etapas de sistemas perhidrofuropiranicos.  en el cap\u00edtulo tercero se estudia la s\u00edntesis de 1,6-dioxaespiro (2-3-b) octanos a partir de los metildendioles sintetizados seg\u00fan la metodolog\u00eda del primer cap\u00edtulo.
