Como paso previo a su liberaci\u00f3n al medio extracelular, estas sustancias son almacenadas en ves\u00edculas de secreci\u00f3n en tejidos neurales y endocrinos. Para llegar a dilucidar el papel de los nucle\u00f3tidos y dinocle\u00f3tidos de adenina en la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n celular es necesario analizar su transporte a los gr\u00e1nulos secretores. Esto se ha llevado a cabo, en un primer momento, empleando como modelo los gl\u00e1nulos cromafines de la m\u00e9dula adrenal.  para caracterizar el transporte de nucle\u00f3tidos y dinucle\u00f3tidos a los gr\u00e1nulos se han empleado t\u00e9cnicas tanto flurim\u00e9tricas como radiom\u00e9tricas. una mayor conocimiento de esta etapa de transporte vesicular se ha conseguido aplicando la t\u00e9cnica puntera de citometr\u00eda de flujo. Mediante el uso de estas metodolog\u00edas se ha podido obtener complejas curvas de saturaci\u00f3n del transporte, con varias etapas, para cada uno de los sustratos ensayados. por analog\u00eda con otros transportadoras y enzimas que presentan un comportamiento cin\u00e9tico similar, el transportador puede ser definido como mnem\u00f3nico. Esto implica la existencia de diferentes formas de la prote\u00edna transportadora que difieren en sus propiedades cin\u00e9ticas y se interconvierten entre s\u00ed, lentamente, bajo la acci\u00f3n de los sustratos. Estos ensayos han puesto tambi\u00e9n de manifiesto la existencia de actividades enzim\u00e1ticas en el interior de los gr\u00e1nulos que catalizar\u00edan la transferencia de grupos fosfato entre los nucle\u00f3tidos almacenados.  la puesta a punto de una t\u00e9cnica para la medida del transporte de nucle\u00f3tidos a ves\u00edculas sin\u00e1pticas ha perm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
