{"id":83618,"date":"2000-01-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/crecimiento-por-mbe-fabricacion-y-caracterizacion-de-laseres-de-algaas-gaas-ingaas-gaas-111b-para-emision-optica-lamda1-micyom\/"},"modified":"2000-01-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-03T00:00:00","slug":"crecimiento-por-mbe-fabricacion-y-caracterizacion-de-laseres-de-algaas-gaas-ingaas-gaas-111b-para-emision-optica-lamda1-micyom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/crecimiento-por-mbe-fabricacion-y-caracterizacion-de-laseres-de-algaas-gaas-ingaas-gaas-111b-para-emision-optica-lamda1-micyom\/","title":{"rendered":"Crecimiento por mbe, fabricaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de l\u00e1seres de algaas\/gaas\/ingaas\/gaas (111)b para emisi\u00f3n \u00f3ptica lamda&gt;1 micyom."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  S\u00e1nchez Mart\u00ednez Jorge  Julian <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis de la que se presenta este anteproyecto tiene como primer objetivo la optimizaci\u00f3n del crecimiento por epitaxia de haces moleculares (mbe) de estructuras de algaas\/gaas\/ingaas de baja dimensionalidad sobre substratos de gaas (111)b con vistas a su aplicaci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos de configuraci\u00f3n gu\u00eda-onda conlongitudes de onda de trabajo mayores a 1 um, con especial atenci\u00f3n a l\u00e1seres de pozo cu\u00e1ntico.  la gran mayor\u00eda de los estudios realizados en el sistema ingaas\/gaas para su aplicaci\u00f3n en optoelectr\u00f3ncia hasta hace realtivamente poco tiempo, se centraba en heteroestructuras epitaxiadas sobre substratos gaas (001). la principal raz\u00f3n de este hecho se basa en la relativa facilidad para obtener epitaxias de unas cualidades morfol\u00f3gicas, estructurales y \u00f3pticas adecuadas a las exigencias que requiere la fabricaci\u00f3n de dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos.  sin embargo, intentos de extender las longitudes de onda de dispositivos en esta orientaci\u00f3n por encima de la micra llevan a dispositivos poco fiables para su aplicaci\u00f3n industrial. Para solventar este problema se propone en el presente trabajo el uso de una orientaci\u00f3n cristalogr\u00e1fica novedosa: (111)b. La b\u00fasqueda de condiciones de crecimiento para este tipo de substratos es el motor principal de la presente tesis doctoral. Asimismo, se presenta un estudio del valor de los campos piezoel\u00e9ctricos intr\u00edsecos a la heteroepitaxia coherente de ingaas\/gaas (111)b mediante el uso de una t\u00e9cnica denominada \u00abfotocorriente diferencial\u00bb. Finalmente, se muestran resultados de caracterizaci\u00f3n de dispositivos l\u00e1ser fabricados con las obleas crecidas bajo las condiciones de crecimiento determinadas en el presente
