Ambos median sus respuestas por interacci\u00f3ncon estructuras de membrna e inducen la liberaci\u00f3n de aa como consecuencia de la activaci\u00f3n de la cpla2. La translocaci\u00f3n de esta enzima a la membrna puede ser mediada por calcio, en el caso de la spla2, puesto que se asocia a un aumento r\u00e1pido y transitorio de la concentraci\u00f3nde calcio citos\u00f3lico, mientras que en el casod el tnf-a deben existir mecanismos alternativos. Ambos est\u00edmulos activan la cascada de las mapk-a deben existir mecanismos alternativos. Ambos est\u00edmulos activan la cascada de las mapk, pero presentan diferencias determinantes, en cuanto a los miembros de la familia reclutados y al perfil temporal de activaci\u00f3n, lo que explicar\u00eda las diferentes respeustas observadas: proliferaci\u00f3n mit\u00f3tica, en el casod e la spla2, y apoptosis en el casod el tnf-a. Tambi\u00e9n existen diferencias en cuanto a la capacidad de inducir cambios fenot\u00edpicos, ya que el tnf-a induce la expresi\u00f3n de cox-2 y la producci\u00f3n de prostaglandinas, dependiente de la activaci\u00f3n del factor d etranscripci\u00f3n nfrb, lo que no se observa en respuesta a la estimulaci\u00f3n con spla2. Estos datos permiten definir distintos tipos de respuesta funcional en c\u00e9lulas de astrocitoma dependientes del tipo de agonista.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
