Desamparados <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se han obtenido dicetonas-1,4 sim\u00e9trica y asim\u00e9tricamente sutituidas en las posiciones 2 y 3 por grupos alquilo, arilo o heteroarilo mediante la doble adici\u00f3n de reactivos organoliticos a derivados del acido escuarico. Las dicetonas sim\u00e9tricas se obtuvieron como mezclas de diastereosimeros meso y d,1 que se separaron por metodos cromatograficos.  tambien se han obtenido hidroxibiciclo(3.3.0)oct-3-en-2-onas mediante la doble adici\u00f3n de reactivos organometalicos de tipo vinilico a derivados del acido escurico, determinando la influencia sobre la regioselectividad de factores como el cati\u00f3n y el disolvente empleado.  la primera adici\u00f3n de vinil-litio o bromuro de vinilmagnesio sobre diesteres del acido escuarico conduce a los productos de adici\u00f3n, 1,2 casi exclusivamente, independientemente del disolvente.  la segunda adici\u00f3n de vinil-litio o bromuro de vinilmagnesio se ve influenciada fundamentalmente por el disolvente empleado y la temperatura a la cual se lleva a cabo la reacci\u00f3n de doble adici\u00f3n, aunque con vinil-litio se obtienen mayoritariamente los productos de adici\u00f3n 1,2 y con bromuro de vinilmagnesio los productos  de adici\u00f3n conjugada.  en el caso de derivados nitrogenados de esteres del acido escuarico, la primera adici\u00f3n del reactivo organomet\u00e1lico estudiado se produce siempre en el carbonilo vinilogo de ester.
