Cerevisiae. Para ello, se ha medido la expresi\u00f3n de genes reporteros controlados por uas1, uas2 o urs1 durante el crecimiento en distintas fuentes de carbono y la influencia sobre esta expresi\u00f3n de mutaciones en genes involucrados en represi\u00f3n catab\u00f3lica. tanto uas1 como uas2 muestran una actividad elevada en etanol, moderada o baja en glicerina y no significativa en glucosa o galactosa. La ausencia de actividad en glucosa no depende de la presencia de hxk2 o mig1. El factor de transcripci\u00f3n cat8 es necesario para la operatividad del uas2 y cuando falta, la transcripci\u00f3n mediada por uas1 disminuye 5 veces. Los complejos de mig1 forma in vitro con urs1 y la capacidad para reprimir un gen de fusi\u00f3n dependen de la presencia de glucosa; tambi\u00e9n parece que mig1 podr\u00eda regularse a nivel transcripcional.  por otra parte, se ha estudiado si el camp est\u00e1 involucrado en la represi\u00f3n catab\u00f3lica. Nuestros resultados indican que, en un mutante pde2 de s. Cerevisiae carente de la fosfodiesterasa de alta afinidad, la adici\u00f3n de camp al medio impide, en distinto grado, la expresi\u00f3n de diversos genes reprimidos por glucosa. En el caso del gen fbp1, el camp afecta a la transcripci\u00f3n del gen bloqueando la expresi\u00f3n de los activadores cat8 y sip4. Se muestra que este control por camp es redundante con mecanismos alternativos de regulaci\u00f3n dependientes de glucosa.  durante los estudios de los efectos del camp sobre la represi\u00f3n catab\u00f3lica, observamos que este metabolito era capaz de inducri la formaci\u00f3n de pseudohifas en determinadas condiciones de crecimiento. Hemos puesto de manifiesto que la formaci\u00f3n de pseudohifas responde a una doble se\u00f1al: la activaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas quinasas dependientes de camp, y una situaci\u00f3n de
