A medida que las dimensiones de los dispositivos se reducen, los voltajes de alimentaci\u00f3n necesitan ser escalados proporcionalmente, con el objetivo de garantizar la fiabilidad de los dispositivos y reducir el consumo. Por otra parte, desde el punto de vista de los circuitos anal\u00f3gicos, aspectos de dise\u00f1o que hace una d\u00e9cada no requer\u00edan una especial atenci\u00f3n, hoy son de importancia primordial.  este trabajo se centra en circuitos de capacidades conmutadas programables y de altas prestaciones operando con reducidos voltajes de (1) introducci\u00f3n de una nueva t\u00e9cnica de programaci\u00f3n compatible con el escalado de las tecnolog\u00edas cmos, la cual ofrece un amplio rango de sintonizado, (2) minimizaci\u00f3n del impacto negativo de la condici\u00f3n de programabilidad introduce en las prestaciones de los circuitos, y (3) desarrollo de arquitecturas de amplificadores operacionales cmos railto-rail para voltajes de alimentaci\u00f3n extremadamente reducidos. Con estas t\u00e9cnicas, es posible la implementaci\u00f3n de circuitos de capacidades conmutadas rpogramables y de altas prestaciones, desarrolando el dise\u00f1o de dichos circuitos desde el dominio digital.  como ilustraci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica propuesta, se presenta el dise\u00f1o y caracterizaci\u00f3n de un filtro cmos bicuadr\u00e1tico de capacidades conmutadas, el cual dependiendo del esquema de reloj aplicado puede actuar como un filtro completamente programable, filtro de respuesta fija, y\/o alternativamente en tiempo compartido para realizar bancos de filtros (operaci\u00f3n de
