Soledad Martin Gonzalez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n industrial y tecnol\u00f3gica de los superconductores de alta temperatura cr\u00edtica esta limitada, principalmente, por la dificultad en preparar pel\u00edculas de los mismos sobre grandes superficies o en piezas con diversas formas y tama\u00f1os por un m\u00e9todo eficaz y econ\u00f3mico. Uno de los m\u00e9todos que cumplen estas condiciones y que adem\u00e1s se encuentra fuertemente enraizado en la industria metal\u00fargica y electr\u00f3nica es la electrodeposici\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica. El objetivo de esta memoria ha sido estudiar la deposici\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas superconductoras de yba2cu3o7-x9 bi2sr2cacu2o8+x y ba1-xkxbio3. en el primero de los casos, yba2o7-x9 se han obtenido pel\u00edculas con temperatura cr\u00edtica (tc) de 92 k y una corriente cr\u00edtica (jc)=9 500 a\/cm2, a 77 k y campo cero. Este valor puede ser mejorado mediante una segunda deposici\u00f3n hasta jc=11.500 a\/cm2 que resulta ser algo mejor que los recogidos hasta ahora en la literatura. En el segundo caso se obtiene tc de 94 k y jc=15.000a\/cm2 que resulta ser comparable a la obtenida por m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s costosos. En el \u00faltimo caso de las pel\u00edculas de ba1-xkxbio3 han sido preparadas por primera vez por este m\u00e9todo obteni\u00e9ndose tc=35 k y jc=3.500 a\/cm2 a 5 k. Adem\u00e1s, se ha desarrollado un procedimiento para la obtenci\u00f3n de superconductores sobre srtio3 sin capa met\u00e1lica intermedia que ha sido objeto de una patente espa\u00f1ola.
