{"id":83748,"date":"2018-03-10T00:07:55","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:07:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/asociacion-entre-niveles-de-dna-mitocondrial-y-calidad-seminal\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:07:55","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:07:55","slug":"asociacion-entre-niveles-de-dna-mitocondrial-y-calidad-seminal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/asociacion-entre-niveles-de-dna-mitocondrial-y-calidad-seminal\/","title":{"rendered":"Asociaci\u00f3n entre niveles de dna mitocondrial y calidad seminal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carmen D\u00edez S\u00e1nchez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un estudio realizado con 10.000 parejas por la o.M.S., El 13-14% de las parejas estables (unas 700.000 s\u00f3lo en espa\u00f1a) tiene problemas de fertilidad, siendo la causa de origen masculino en el 50% de los casos, aproximadamente.  partiendo de estos datos, se ha realizado un trabajo con 440 varones procedentes de cl\u00ednicas de reproducci\u00f3n asistida y 7 controles voluntarios, obteni\u00e9ndose como resultado que la cantidad relativa de dna mitocondrial de una muestra, expresada como ratio mt\/n (mitocondrial\/nuclear) o como n\u00famero de copias de dna mitocondrial\/c\u00e9lula, es un \u00edndice negativo de calidad seminal.  as\u00ed mismo, se ha determinado que los espermatozoides pierden, progresivamente, parte del contenido en dna mitocondrial a lo largo de su maduraci\u00f3n, a la vez que aumenta la actividad de los enzimas de la cadena respiratoria.  por otro lado, no se ha observado s\u00edntesis de prote\u00ednas mitocondriales en los espermatozoides eyaculados, por lo que se ha concluido que las mitocondrias de estos gametos son inactivas biogen\u00e9ticamente. Esta observaci\u00f3n, a su vez, es coherente con la herencia de las mitocondrias por l\u00ednea, exclusivamente, materna propuesta por diferentes autores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
