Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral se enmarca en el contexto de la tecnolog\u00eda de alta frencuencia.  el trabajo ha consistido en la utilizaci\u00f3n de un analizador vectorial de redes no lineal basado en el microwave transition analyzer de hewlett packard para modelado no lineal de dispositivos semiconductores de microondas.  se han realizado dos aproximaciones novedosas en el modelado no lineal de transitores hemts:  por una parte, se ha generado un modelo de tablas basado en medidas de parametros s de peque\u00f1a se\u00f1al y se ha validado en regimen no lineal, utilizando para ambas tareas unicamente el sistema de medida previamente mencionado.  por otro lado, se han desarrollado novedosas tecnicas para la extraccion directa de modelos no lineales a partir de medidas en el dominio del tiempo en gran se\u00f1al. Con ellas se ha definido tambien un modelo de tablas basado en medidas de gran se\u00f1al que ha sido validado experimentalmente.
