A continuaci\u00f3n con los compuestos piridoquinolinicos se llevaron a cabo experimentos sobre la interferncia que causaban en la incorporaci\u00f3n de la metionina(s35) y de la timidina tritiada como indicadores de la sintexis de proteinas y de la sintesis y replicaci\u00f3n de adn.  por ultimo para encontrar los posibles mecanismos de acci\u00f3n de este tipo de compuestos, relaizamos ensayos sobre su capacidad de interaccionar-intercalar con el adn y sobre su capacidad inhibitoria de la actividad de la enzima topoisomerasa i.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
