Estos modos est\u00e1n relacionados con aquellos del centro de zona de los constituyentes binarios zincblenda y dan lugar a una fuerte respuesta en el infrarrojo aunque d\u00e9bilmente anisotr\u00f3pica.  b- modos mostrando grandes efectos debidos al campo cristalino y d\u00e9bil dispersi\u00f3n angular causada por las fuerzas electrost\u00e1ticas. Estan asociados con los modos del borde de zona de los constituyentes binarios y dan lugar a una respuesta infrarroja d\u00e9bil aunque fuertemente anisotr\u00f3pica. El c\u00e1lculo permite asignar lso tres modos que aprecen en el espectro raman con modos del tipo (b).  los modos a 208 cm-1 y 354 cm-1 corresponden al doblamiento de los modos l-ac\u00fasticos y l-\u00f3pticos respectivametne y poseen un desplazamiento paralelo a la direcci\u00f3n de orden independiente de la direcci\u00f3n de q. El modo a 62 cm-1 corresponde al doblamiento del modo transversal ac\u00fastico y posee un desplazamiento en el plano de orden. El modelo permite explicar y predecir los efectos de anisotrop\u00eda en la respuesta ifrarroja de estos materiales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
