Esto ha permitido la identificaci\u00f3n de variedades en fresa no identificables previamente usando la t\u00e9cnica de isoenzimas o rapds. Como resultado del an\u00e1lisis se ha observado un bajo nivel de polimorfismo entre todas las variedades comerciales analizadas y entre \u00e9stas y la varieda silvestre fragaria chiloensis. Este polimorfismo fue mayor cuando se compar\u00f3 la variedad silvestre diploide fragaria vesca. Adem\u00e1s se ha observado una herencia dis\u00f3mica enla mayor\u00eda de los marcadores aflp analizados aunque no se ha podido descartar que parte del genoma de fragaria x ananassa presenteuna herecia polos\u00f3mica.  adicionalmente se ha caracterizado un gen de fresa (famip21) inducible durante el proceso de maduraci\u00f3n del fruto. La prote\u00edna codificada con este gen presenta homolog\u00eda conprote\u00ednas intr\u00edsncias de membrana plasm\u00e1tica. estudios de la expresi\u00f3nde famip21 determin\u00f3 que se expresa en todos los tejidos analizados aumentado su expresi\u00f3n enfrutos durante la maduraci\u00f3n y que adem\u00e1s su expresi\u00f3n est\u00e1 regulada en hojas por el estad\u00edo hidrico. estudios por sout\u00c2\u00a1hern determin\u00f3 la presencia de varias secuencias hom\u00f3logas en fres. Nuestra hip\u00f3tesis es que famip21 podr\u00eda estar asociada conproceso de ajuste osm\u00f3tico para el mantenimiento de la turgencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
