Nuestros resultados demuestran que el no no tiene un efecto secretor directo sobre las c\u00e9lulas acinares ni sobre las ductulares, ni tampoco media las acciones secretores de agentes como la cck(sobre las c\u00e9lulas acinares) o la forkolina(sobre las c\u00e9lulas ductulares).  adem\u00e1s analizamos el efecto del no en la ruta de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n intracelular que desencadena la fosforilaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas de las placas de adhesi\u00f3n focal en acinos pancre\u00e1ticos mediante la t\u00e9cnica de western blotting. Nuestros resultados muestran que el no estimula la fosforilaci\u00f3n de p125fak y paxilina en acinos pancre\u00e1ticos a trav\u00e9s de la activaci\u00f3n de la guanilil ciclasa y la s\u00edntesis de gmpc. Adem\u00e1s comprobamos que el calcio intracelular no es imprescindible en el proceso de fosforilaci\u00f3n de estas prote\u00ednas tras la estimulaci\u00f3n con no.  la cck estimula la s\u00edntesis de no y activa la guanilil ciclasa soluble. hemos comprobado que el efecto de la cck sobre la foforilaci\u00f3n de p125fak y paxilina est\u00e1 mediado, al menos en parte, por el sistema n  \/gmpc.  ni el no ni el gmpc intervienen en la fosforilaci\u00f3n de p125fak y paxilin estimulada por cck en un paso posterior a la activaci\u00f3n de la pkc.
