Para ello, se investig\u00f3, en primer lugar, el potencial anal\u00edtico del acoplamiento de una t\u00e9cnica de separaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida como es la \u00abfast protein liquid chromatography\u00bb para la separaci\u00f3n de los principales prote\u00ednas s\u00e9ricas y de los complejos de aluminio de inter\u00e9s(a1-dfo, al-citratos) con la detecci\u00f3n final del aluminio por etaas. La metodolog\u00eda desarrollada permiti\u00f3 llevar a cabo la especiaci\u00f3n de aluminio basal en las fracciones de alto y bajo peso molecular de suero humano de personas sanas fue necesario recurrir al acoplamiento de la fplc con el detector espec\u00edfico mas sensible conocido hasta la fecha, que es el icp-ms( de cuadrupolo y de doble enfoque). los resultados obtenidos con dichas metodolog\u00edas permiten establecer que la transferrina es la \u00fanica prote\u00edna que enlaza al aluminio en el suero humano. Por \u00faltimo, en un intento de disponer de una nueva herramienta anal\u00edtica, que pueda proporcionar informaci\u00f3n complementaria, a la adquirida con las metodolog\u00edas desarrolladas anteriormente se evalu\u00f3 el potencial anal\u00edtico de la t\u00e9cnica de separaci\u00f3n de alta eficacia que es la electroforesis capilar acoplada en linea mediante una interfase adecuada al
