{"id":83837,"date":"2018-03-10T00:08:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/activitat-marcapassos-i-neurotransmissio-inhibitoria-del-muscul-circular-del-colon-de-rata\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:08:00","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:00","slug":"activitat-marcapassos-i-neurotransmissio-inhibitoria-del-muscul-circular-del-colon-de-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/activitat-marcapassos-i-neurotransmissio-inhibitoria-del-muscul-circular-del-colon-de-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Activitat marcapassos i neurotransmissio inhibitoria del muscul circular del colon de rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Lidia Pluja Juan do <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mediante la tecnica de ba\u00f1o de organos, microelectrodos intrecelulares, microscopia optica y electronica, patch-clamp y marcaje del receptor c-kit, este trabajo pretende estudiar los siguientes aspectos del colon de rata:la actividad electrica y mecanica y su relacion con las celulas intersticiales de cajal(iccs), los neurotransmisores no adren\u00e9rgicos no colin\u00e9rgicos(nanc) que pueden estar implicados en la neurotransmisi\u00f3n inhibitoria; y la relacion de los canales de k+ con la actividad electrica y mecanica y con la neurotransmisi\u00f3n inhibitoria nanc. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el colon de rata presenta dos redes bien definidas de iccs: una asociada con el area del plexo mienterico y la otra con el del plexo submuscular. Las iccs de la zona mient\u00e9rica pueden ocasionar las oscilaciones c\u00edclicas del potencial de membrana que en las fases de despolarizaci\u00f3n resultan en la aparici\u00f3n de multiples potenciales de acci\u00f3n. Cada episodio de salvas de ptoencial se corresponde conuna de las contracciones de mayor amplitud(1-3 g) que representan a baja frecuencia(0,6-0,9 cpm) tanto la capa muscular circular como la longitudinal. Las iccs asociadas al plexo submuscular originan las ondas lentas responsables de las contracciones de menor amplitud (0,1-0,3 g) que presenta a una frecuencia alta(12-15 cpm) la capa muscular circular. los canales de k+ sensibles a tetraetilamonio(tea) son los responsables de los fenomenos de repolaritzaci\u00f3n de los  potenciales de acci\u00f3n y por lo tanto, tambien de la duracion y la fuerza de las contracciones. Por otro lado, los canales de k+ sensibles a tetrapentilamonio(tpea) determinan la repolarizaci\u00f3n final de cada ciclo y por lo tanto la frecuencia de las contracciones. La estimulaci\u00f3n electrica de campo de muestras del colon de rata provoca en las celulas musculares lisas de la capa circular una hiperpolarizaci\u00f3n transitoria y sensible a ttx, llamada potencial postuni\u00f3n inhibitorio o ijp.
