capacitaci\u00f3n magisterial como el contexto en el que confluyen las propuestas adminsitrativas para el cambioy la vida cotidiana de los docentes.  es un trabajo de corte interpretativo cuyas condicionantes de validez con  la triangulaci\u00f3n de diversos m\u00e9todos para posteriormente elaborar ocho categor\u00edas de an\u00e1lisis cuyos temas son: los obstaculos generados desde el interior del centro objeto de an\u00e1lisis, el cambio yla tradici\u00f3n en los centros escolares, obst\u00e1culos a nivel personal y los obst\u00e1culos socioecon\u00f3micos. los puntos principales
