La retracci\u00f3n de neuritas es un proceso fundamental no s\u00f3lo durante el desarrollo del sistema nervioso (neurog\u00e9nesis y neuritrog\u00e9nesis), sino tmabi\u00e9n durante ciertas situaciones patol\u00f3gicas como la neurodegeneraci\u00f3n. por ello decidimos estudiar en esta tesis c\u00f3mo se modifica el citoesqueleto de las c\u00e9lulas neuronales durante la retracci\u00f3n de neuritas, centr\u00e1ndonos en conreto en el estudio de la reorganizaci\u00f3n de los microt\u00fabulos (mts).  en esta tesis se demuestra que los microt\u00fabulos se modifican a varios niveles tras la acci\u00f3n del lpa sobre c\u00e9lulas de neuroblastoma humano (sh-sy5y). en estas c\u00e9lulas, aumentan los niveles alfa-tubulina tirosinada, un marcador de mts din\u00e1mico y disminuyen los de alfa-tubulina deterisonada, un marcador de mts estables. Adem\u00e1s, durante la retracci\u00f3n de neuritas inducida por lpa en c\u00e9lulas sh-sy5y, se produce una hiperfosforilaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas asociadas a los mts (maps), en concreto mao1b y tau. La hiperfoforilaci\u00f3n de las maps promueve la separaci\u00f3n de \u00e9stas de los mts, con la consiguiente desestabilizaci\u00f3n de los mismos, contribuyendo as\u00ed posiblemente al proceso de acortamiento de las neuritas. Tambi\u00e9n se demuestra aqu\u00ed que la glic\u00f3geno sintasa quinasa-3 (gsk-3) es la quinasa implicada en la hiperfosforilaci\u00f3n de tau. La activaci\u00f3n de gsk-3 por lpa parece estar en la ruta de rhoa.  adem\u00e1s, en esta tesis se demostr\u00f3 que el lpa tambi\u00e9n activa gsk-3 en neuronas granulares de cerebelo de rata. Esto indica que la activaci\u00f3n de la quinasa por lpa durante la retracci\u00f3n de neuritas no es una particularidad de la l\u00ednea celular utilizada, sino que es un proceso m\u00e1s general y
