Esta tesis investiga sobre la distribuci\u00f3n energetica del haz solar concentrado en funci\u00f3n de un an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico de las variables que intervienen en toda la cadena reflectiva.  existen diversos procedimientos de medida de la radiaci\u00f3n de esa haz concentrado con el fin de evaluar el flujo y su distribuci\u00f3n, pero la mayoria dependen de parametros externos: disco solar, aerosoles, posicion relativa sol-colector-receptor, etc., Frente a esos sistemas la tesis plantea un procedimiento de analisis intrinseco de las cualidades superficiales utilizando intrumentos mec\u00e1nico-opticos (nivel electronico de precisi\u00f3n).  la tesis valida un metodo de analisis de dispersiones separadas, frente al metodo de medida del flujo final, permitiendo la caracterizaci\u00f3n de variables intermedias. Este metodo ha permitido valorar el peso de par\u00e1metros de formas y ondulaciones, y caracterizar la distribuci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica en u que define las propiedades de las superficies reflectantes.  indirectamente la tesis contribuye con un an\u00e1lisis del importante esfuerzo en i+d realizado en el mundo y espa\u00f1a en las centrales de torre y colectores distribuidos durante
