Para su uso tanto en \u00e9stos como en otros dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos, han sido estudiadas las propiedades electr\u00f3nicas de transporte a trav\u00e9s de dichas nanoestructuras, estableci\u00e9ndose una relaci\u00f3n entre los par\u00e1metros electr\u00f3nicos y morfolog\u00eda, estudiada mediante diversas microscop\u00edas. Han sido adem\u00e1s analizadas las propiedades \u00f3pticas de diferentes capas nanomcetricas de silicio.
