Este proceso asume por s\u00f3 solo m\u00e1s del 50% de los costes totales de preparaci\u00f3n y acabado de estos vinos, circunstancia que ha patrocinado el desarrollo del trabajo presentadoj en esta memoria.  en este trabajo se ha pretendido mejorar la realizacion y control de las operaciones de estabilizaci\u00f3n tart\u00e1rica, y se han propuesto nuevas aplicaciones de t\u00e9cnicas alternativas a la actual para obtener un producto con una estabilidad adecuada, y al mismo tiempo reducir los costes y los plazos de su ejecuci\u00f3n. el estudio a nivel industrial y la racionalizaci\u00f3n de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas disponibles en el mercado, as\u00ed como el conocimiento de los fen\u00f3menos que gobiernan los procesos implicados han ofrecido aportaciones significativas que permiten un mejor control del tratamiento, as\u00ed como una reducci\u00f3n muy importante de sus costes y tiempos de realizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
