Esta t\u00e9cnica puede ser aplicada en varios campos de la astrof\u00edsica como, p.E., Las regiones circumnucleares de galaxias. en esta tesis analizamos los resultados obtenidos en esta \u00e1rea con un nuevo sistema de fibras opticas (integral) para llevar a cabo espectroscop\u00eda bidimensional en el wht. En el desarrollo de este instrumento hemos realizado pruebas para su caracterizaci\u00f3n y algunos programas para la reducci\u00f3n de los datos. Hemos aplicado este nuevo instrumento para el estudio de la cinem\u00e1ticas de las componente estelar y del gas ionizado en las regiones circumnucleares de dos galaxias muy bien estudiadas (m 31 y ngc 1068). no s\u00f3lo hemos confirmado algunos resultados previos sino tambi\u00e9n hemos obtenido otros nuevos acerca de la distribuci\u00f3n y la cinem\u00e1tica estelar y gaseosa de estas galaxias.  hemos descubierto emisi\u00f3n en hb,[oiii]   4959,5007a,ha y [nii]   6548,6584a en la regi\u00f3n interna de m 31 a partir de datos obtenidos con integral y otro sistema similar (2d-fis). El gas ionizado parece tener una distribuci\u00f3n irregular con nubes muy densas que presentan caracter\u00edsticas liner y seyfert. estas nubes podr\u00edan estar formando un disco en un plano pr\u00f3ximo o casi coincidente con el estelar. Sin embargo, las estrellas y el gas ionizado en la regi\u00f3n con r&lt;10&#8243;\u00bb est\u00e1n descoplados cinem\u00e1ticamente: a) las estrellas est\u00e1n rotando r\u00e1pidamente alrededor de un objeto central muy m\u00e1sivo, y b) las nubes de gas ionizado est\u00e1n probablemente sujetas a fuertes movimientos radiales. Tambi\u00e9n hemos encontrado diferencias en metalicidad y edad entre la regi\u00f3n nuclear y el bulbo de m31, que sugieren que hubo un brote estelar hace unos 5 giga-a\u00f1os en su regi\u00f3n circumnuclear.
