{"id":83887,"date":"2018-03-10T00:08:03","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/metabolismo-de-la-arginina-en-la-patologia-diabetica-estudio-en-humanos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:08:03","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:03","slug":"metabolismo-de-la-arginina-en-la-patologia-diabetica-estudio-en-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/metabolismo-de-la-arginina-en-la-patologia-diabetica-estudio-en-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Metabolismo de la arginina en la patolog\u00eda diabetica: estudio en humanos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Vicente Meneu Montoliu <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El deterioro progresivo vascular que se produce en la diabetes es consecuencia de diversos factores, entre ellos una disfunci\u00f3n endotelial secundaria a un incremento del estr\u00e9s oxidativo y una alteraci\u00f3n de la acci\u00f3n del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico.  la arginina y alguno de sus metabolitos realcionados pueden actuar conantioxidantes y, al menos, dos v\u00edas relacionadas con ellas, la s\u00edntesis de poliaminas y la s\u00edntesis de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico (no) se encuentran deterioradas en la diabetes, pudiendo estar relacionadas con la angiopat\u00eda diab\u00e9tica. Puesto que la arginina es el sustrato precursos tanto para la s\u00edntesis de pliaminas como para la de no, la disponibilidad de ellas en condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas, patol\u00f3gicas o cl\u00ednicamente manipuladas podr\u00eda condicionar la funcionalidad de ambas v\u00edas. Para comprobarlo se ha realizado un estudio comparativo del estr\u00e9s oxidativo y del metabolismo de la arginina entre sujetos diab\u00e9ticos y sujetos no diab\u00e9ticos.  y posteriormente, se ha realizado un ensayo cl\u00ednico sobre los sujetos diab\u00e9ticos para averiguar los efectos de la suplementaci\u00f3n moderada de arginina sobre los par\u00e1metros anteriores.  los resultados muestran un aumento significativo de mda en plasma y orina y un aumento de carbonilos en los sujetos diab\u00e9ticos, que indican un deterioro oxidativo superior en los diab\u00e9ticos. Igualmente hay unos niveles mas elevados de poliaminas en sangre y de nitratos en orina en los diab\u00e9ticos. Con el suministro de arginina se tiende a normalizar los niveles de poliaminas y los niveles de mda urinario, lo que indicar\u00eda una mejor\u00eda del da\u00f1o oxidativo, y posiblemente, una
