Uno de ellos consisti\u00f3 en la b\u00fasqueda de nuevos reguladores en trans de ftsz mediante la obtenci\u00f3n de mutantes, por inserci\u00f3n en el cromosoma de un cassette de kanamicina mini-tn10, que presentaban alteraciones de su expresi\u00f3n. Se obtuvieron trece mutantes de los que se incluye que existe una regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n ftsz dependiente de camp, una posible conexi\u00f3n entre divisi\u00f3n y el estado de aerobiosis de la bacteria y se apunta a la existencia de controles, para la expresi\u00f3n de ftsz, provenientes del catabolismo de hidratos de carbono. Existen posibles prote\u00ednas de funci\u00f3n desconocida implicadas en la regulaci\u00f3n de ftsz.  el otro abordaje experimental realizado consisti\u00f3 en el estudio del posible papel del morfogen bola como regulador transcripcional de ftsz. Para ello se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis del transcriptoma de escherichia coli, mediante la tecnica de las matrices genicas (gene arrays), cuando se sobeexpresa bola. De los resultado obtenidos se puede concluir que un aumento de la expresi\u00f3n de bola, en fase exponencial, causa un cambio en el transcriptoma de e. Coli, donde bola esta ejerciendo una regulaci\u00f3n sobre 490 genes. cuando se sobreexpresa bola, en fase exponencial, se producen cambios en la expresi\u00f3n de genes implicados en la divisi\u00f3n (fsi) y en la sintesis del peptidoglicano(daca y muri), pero no se observa una alteraci\u00f3n significativa de la expresi\u00f3n de ftsz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
