De isquemia-reperfusion es una lesion tisular inflamatoria secundaria a un proceso de isquemia-hipoxia y posterior reperfusion con reoxigenacion celular.  centramos nuestro interes en el estudio de los agentes vaso-activos que desarrollan efectos directos o indirectos sobre el tono vasomotor y la adherencia celular inflamatoria al endotelio vascular. Se conoce la participacion del oxido nitrico, endotelinas y los eicosanoides asociada al trasplante de pancreas, como modelo experimental.  el oxido nitrico es un radial libre con efectos diversos sobre el tono vasomotor y la agregacion celular endotelial. Las endotelinas son peptidos vasoactivos con acciones de vasoconstriccion y agregacion celular. Los eicosanoides son acidos grasos que participan igualmente en estas lesiones. nos planteamos dos objetivos:  1)valorar efecto del oxido nitrico sobre la endotelina.  2)efecto de estos agentes sobre la reaccion inflamatoria. El primer estudio se respondio desarrollando tres grupos exp.
