Tras una larga dictadura militar de casi diecisite a\u00f1os, chile recupera su democracia, pero la vuelta a la legalidad no responde a las expectativas de justicia e igualdad social que abrigaba un importante sector de la poblaci\u00f3n. Entre los desencantados por la frustrante acci\u00f3n del nuevo gobierno se encuentra de la parra, quien comienza a manifestar su decepci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de distintos rasgos y cambios formales y
