{"id":83959,"date":"2018-03-10T00:08:08","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/fem-en-el-control-del-desgaste-de-materiales-del-crisol-del-horno-alto\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:08:08","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:08","slug":"fem-en-el-control-del-desgaste-de-materiales-del-crisol-del-horno-alto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/matematicas\/fem-en-el-control-del-desgaste-de-materiales-del-crisol-del-horno-alto\/","title":{"rendered":"Fem en el control del desgaste de materiales del crisol del horno alto"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Barranzuela Queneche Jos\u00e9 Luis <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo b\u00e1sico de este trabajo es la confecci\u00f3n de un modelo te\u00f3rico de desgaste de crisol de horno alto denominado \u00abmodelo que desgaste nodal\u00bb, el cual est\u00e1 basado en la obtenci\u00f3n de temperaturas en puntos discretos de la intercara arrabio-refractorio aplicando el m\u00e9todo de los elementos finitos mediante un programa inform\u00e1tico.  de esta forma se obtiene, para cada intervalo definido por puntos contiguos, un gradiente de temperatura que representa la fuerza impulsora del movimiento convectivo del arrabio y genera a la vez un gradiante de concentraciones.  ambas, la velocidad de convecci\u00f3n y este gradiante de concentraciones, permiten llegar a la determinaci\u00f3n de la velocidad de desgaste del crisol.  se complementa este estudio con unos cap\u00edtulos introductorios sobre el horno alto, la teor\u00eda del transporte del calor y una breve descripci\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda del m\u00e9todo de los elementos finitos junto con el programa que se usa para este m\u00e9todo. Todo ello para lectores no familiarizados con la materia.  es importante considerar, tal como se establece en las conclusiones, que los perfiles de desgaste obtenidos se ajustan bastante a los que se producen en la pr\u00e1ctica industrial, con lo cual queda evaluada la fiabilidad de este modelo, sujeto, no obstante, a una serie de perfeccionamientos que tambi\u00e9n se mencionan en las
