{"id":83970,"date":"2018-03-10T00:08:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-financiacion-publica-de-los-centros-privados-de-ensenanza-no-universitaria-en-espana\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:08:12","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:12","slug":"la-financiacion-publica-de-los-centros-privados-de-ensenanza-no-universitaria-en-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-economicas\/la-financiacion-publica-de-los-centros-privados-de-ensenanza-no-universitaria-en-espana\/","title":{"rendered":"La financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de los centros privados de ense\u00f1anza no universitaria en espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ana Villarroya Planas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se analiza el impacto, en t\u00e9rminos de eficiencia y de equidad, de la financiaci\u00f3n de origen p\u00fablico destinada al sector privado de la ense\u00f1anza no universitaria en espa\u00f1a, a lo largo del per\u00edodo 1981-1995.  tras una descripci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n que, entre 1981 y 1995, ha experimentado el gasto p\u00fablico en ense\u00f1anza privada y el resto de componentes de los ingresos de los centros privados en espa\u00f1a, se analizan emp\u00edricamente algunos de los aspectos m\u00e1s debatidos del sistema de conciertos con la ense\u00f1anza privada. En concreto, en el \u00e1mbito de la equidad se analizan los efectos redistributivos del gasto p\u00fablico en ense\u00f1anza privada. Este an\u00e1lisis ha permitido identificar los grupos poblacionales que m\u00e1s se benefician del sistema de ayudas p\u00fablicas a la ense\u00f1anza privada no universitaria. A continuaci\u00f3n, se realiza un an\u00e1lisis del acceso a centros de ense\u00f1anza privada, que ha permitido estimar la influencia que los factores familiares, sociales, culturales, econ\u00f3micos y geogr\u00e1ficos del individuo ejercen sobre la decisi\u00f3n de acudir a un centro privado. Finalmente, se analizan, a partir de una aproximaci\u00f3n cualitativa, las pr\u00e1cticas discriminatorias del alumnado que plantea la financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de los centros de ense\u00f1anza privada.  en el \u00e1mbito de la eficiencia tambi\u00e9n se llevan a cabo tres an\u00e1lisis emp\u00edricos. En el primero se analiza, a partir del nivel de concentraci\u00f3n de la oferta educativa, la estructura del mercado de la ense\u00f1anza no universitaria en la ciudad de barcelona. En el segundo se realiza un an\u00e1lisis comparativo de los costes medios de producci\u00f3n del servicio educativo en centros privados y en centros p\u00fablicos. Por \u00faltimo, se realiza un an\u00e1lisis de la capacidad de elecci\u00f3n de los usuarios en el marco de la ense\u00f1anza no universitaria, a apartir de la opini\u00f3n de un grupo de inspectores
