Elena Cagigas Pacheco <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha analizado la variabilidad gen\u00e9tica en seis l\u00ednea de piscifactor\u00eda y en 46 muestras nautrales de trucha com\u00fan (salmo trurra l.) Bas\u00e1ndose en 25 loci enzim\u00e1ticos, tres micorsat\u00e9lites de locus \u00fanico y nueve \u00abrapds\u00bb. las muestras hasn sido capturadas en r\u00edos de las siguientes regiones: mediterr\u00e1nea (navarra), cant\u00e1brica oriental (guip\u00fazcoa), cant\u00e1bria occidental (asturias) y noratl\u00e1ntica (le\u00f3n). En este trabajo se pretende:  a) conocer el grado de diferenciaci\u00f3n entre poblaciones mediterr\u00e1neas y cant\u00e1bricas  b) evaluar los efectos gen\u00e9ticos que la repoblaci\u00f3n con l\u00edneas dom\u00e9sticas causa en las poblaciones naturales  c) buscar nuevos marcadores que pudieran ayudar a entender las relaciones gen\u00e9ticas entre las poblaciones espa\u00f1olas de trucha com\u00fan.  los resultados m\u00e1s relevantes en relaci\u00f3n con los objetivos planteados en este trabajo son los siguientes:  a) efectos de la repoblaci\u00f3n: la combinaci\u00f3n de alelos espec\u00edficos detectados en las l\u00edneas de piscifactor\u00eda (aat-1*130, mdha2*200, g3pdh-2*50, gpi-b*103 y sod-2*75) y en las poblaciones neaturales (adh*-65, idhp-4*130, ldh-c*104, mep-3*90, pgdh-2*106 y sod-2*110) complementa el uso cl\u00e1sico del locus ldh-c* como marcador de repoblaci\u00f3n, mejorando sustancialmente la valoraci\u00f3n de las relaciones gen\u00e9ticas que se establecen en condiciones naturales entre ambos tipos de pobalciones. Se estima que en aquellas muestras en las que se ha detectado el alelo ldh-c*90 entre el 13 y el 19% del genoma original como t\u00e9rmino medio ha sido desplazado por elelos for\u00e1neos.  asimismo se constata que el acervo g\u00e9nico de las poblaciones localizadas en \u00e1reas protegidas (no repobladas), se encuentra amenazado ya que en el 36% de las mismas (5\/14) se han detectado alelos espec\u00edficos de la l\u00ednea de piscifactor\u00eda.
