Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo, se ha desmostrado que la cepa streptomyces ipomoea cect 3341, secreta actividad b-mananasa al medio de cultivo, induciendose esta actividad en presencia de galactomanano. Asimismo, se ha comprobado que mediante la selecci\u00f3n del sustrato inductor apropiado se pueden obtener preparaciones enzimaticas,libres de actividad celulasa, con niveles elevados de actividad ananasa y\/o xilanasa, que ponen de manifiesto la versatilidad enzim\u00e1tica de este microorganismo.  zimogramas de actividad mananasa realizados a partir de los sobrenadantesde cultivo del microorganismo en el medio con galactomanano revelan la presencia de 3 bandas de actividad mananasa man1,man2 y man3, con pesos moleculares, estimados mediante sds-page, de 48,46 y 40 kda, respectivamente.  la identidad del 100% en la secuencia del extremo amino terminal de estas tres proteinas y los resultados del estudio de proteolisis realizado, ponen de manifiesto que la manamasa man3 es consecuencia de la accion de proteasas extracelulares secretadas por streptomyces ipomoea cect 3341, sobre la mananasa de mayor peso molecular, man1.  la mananasa purificada man3, es un glicoproteina monomerica de 40 kda, con un modo de accion de tipo endo.
