Se identifican 21 fracciones porteicas por sds-page y se describe la evoluci\u00f3n de cada una de ellas entre los estadios 20 y 28 de hamburger y hamilton.  mediante las t\u00e9cnicas del dot-blot y western-blot, se identifica la presencia en este fluido de proteoglicanos (cspg y hspg), citoquinas (il-beta, il-6), y factores de crecimiento (egf, igf, fgf2).  el bloqueo selectivo mediante la inyecci\u00f3n\u00bbin ovo\u00bb intramesencef\u00e1lica de anticuerpo monoclonal anti-fgf2 provoca una disminuci\u00f3n signficativa del n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas en fase de s\u00edntesis de dna del neuroepitelio, demostrando que el ntf, a trav\u00e9s de la presencia en el mismo de determinadas mol\u00e9culas, es capaz de actuar sobre el comportamiento de las c\u00e9lulas neuroepiteliales. la demostraci\u00f3n de la capacidad secretora del neuroepitelio, del contacto del polo apical de estas c\u00e9lulas con el fludio intracavitrio y la presencia endicho fluido de sustancias cpaces de modificar el comportamiento de esas c\u00e9lulas sugieren la posiblidad de que el fluido intracavitrio en fases tempranas del desarrollo cerebral constituya una v\u00eda no descrita de
