Tuberculosis permite un tratamiento adecuado del enfermo, evitar la emergencia de resistencias a los farmacos y a efectos epidemiologicos, permite evitar la propagacion de cepas resistentes el objetivo del trabajo fue el desarrollo de un metodo rapido para la deteccion de la sensibilidad de m.  tuberculosis a la isoniazida (a) y a la rifampicina (r), basado en la utilizacion de sondas dna marcadas con bioluminiscencia de facil aplicacion en laboratorios clinicos se estudio las posibilidades de utilizacion de las sondas para establecer la deteccion del rrna como indice de metabolismo micobacteriano o de crecimiento.
