D2 es un tripeptido con pro, ser y gly junto a un resto poliaminado no determinado. M8 es un gangliosido con 3 restos de acido sialico y fucosa. Ambos inhibidores actuan sobre astrocitos y celulas de glioma c6 pero no sobre fibroblastos. D2 produce cambios morfologicos en las celuas, reordenacion del citoesqueleto y aumento en la expresion de gfap y vimentina. El peptido se interna en las celulas y se acumula en zonas perinucleares, siendo citotoxico por encima de 0.5 micromolar. M8 no tiene efecto sobre el citoesqueleto y no llega a ser citotoxico, al menos por debajo de 5 micromolar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
