Pumilus cect15105 y b. Licheniformis cect5106, sobre la especie vegetal de la que fueron aisladas, alnus glutinosa, y sobre pinus pinea. Se ensayan distintos sustratos, evaluando la influencia del suelo en el efecto promotor del crecimiento, tanto por la disponibilidad de sustratos como por la influecnia de otras poblaciones bacterianas. Se estudia la evoluci\u00f3n de la inoculaci\u00f3n por el perfil de \u00e1cidos grasos procedentes de fosfol\u00edpidos de membrana (plfas), la mejora en la producci\u00f3n primaria midiendo los incrementos en la parte a\u00e9rea y radical, la influencia de la inoculaci\u00f3n en la rizosfera y en la fisiolog\u00eda de la planta a nivel de los exudados, analizando las caracter\u00edsticas fisicoqu\u00edmicas de la rizosfera y en la fisiolog\u00eda de la planta a nivel de los exudados, analizando las caracter\u00edsticas fisicoqu\u00edmicas de la rizosfera y la composici\u00f3n de los exudados. Por \u00faltimo, se identifican y cuantifican por gc-ms giberelinas en el medio de cultivo bacteriano.  ambas cepas estimulan el crecimiento vegetal,colonizando adecuadamente la rizosfera, si bien b. Lincheniformis resulta m\u00e1s competitiva al variar las condiciones,obteniendo mejores resultados globales.
