{"id":84096,"date":"2000-06-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-06-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/interacciones-metal-nucleotidos-estudio-por-espectroscopia-vibracional-y-de-rmn\/"},"modified":"2000-06-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-06-04T00:00:00","slug":"interacciones-metal-nucleotidos-estudio-por-espectroscopia-vibracional-y-de-rmn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/interacciones-metal-nucleotidos-estudio-por-espectroscopia-vibracional-y-de-rmn\/","title":{"rendered":"Interacciones metal-nucleotidos. estudio por espectroscopia vibracional y de rmn"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mercedes De La Fuente Rubio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado el modo en el que los iones met\u00e1licos mg(ii), ca(ii), sr(ii), ba(ii), cr(iii),co(ii), cu(ii), zn(ii), cd(ii), al(iii) y ga(iii) interaccionan con los nucleotidos 5\u00c2\u00bf-gmp y 5\u00c2\u00bf-cmp, por el inter\u00e9s de estas interacciones en s\u00ed mismas y como conocimientos aplicables a la interaccion de los iones met\u00e1licos con adn,arn y ribozimas.  este estudio se ha llevado a cabo en fase s\u00f3lida y mediante espectroscop\u00eda de vibraci\u00f3n (ir y raman) y rmn. Tras un detallado an\u00e1lisis bibliogr\u00e1fico previo, destinado a conocer la asignaci\u00f3n de los espectros de vibraci\u00f3n de ambos nucle\u00f3tidos, se han estudiado los espectros de las distintas formas protonadas de cada nucle\u00f3tido, as\u00ed como de sus formas recristalizadas, todo ello en estado s\u00f3lido.
