{"id":84140,"date":"2000-07-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-07-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-de-variedades-de-vitis-vinifera-l-cultivadas-en-extremadura-mediante-estudios-morfologicos-agronomicos-y-bioquimicos\/"},"modified":"2000-07-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-07-04T00:00:00","slug":"caracterizacion-de-variedades-de-vitis-vinifera-l-cultivadas-en-extremadura-mediante-estudios-morfologicos-agronomicos-y-bioquimicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/caracterizacion-de-variedades-de-vitis-vinifera-l-cultivadas-en-extremadura-mediante-estudios-morfologicos-agronomicos-y-bioquimicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizacion de variedades de vitis vinifera l. cultivadas en extremadura, mediante estudios morfologicos, agronomicos y bioquimicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Luisa Asensio Sanchez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se han caracterizado las siguientes variedades de vitis vinifera l.: Pardina, blanca cayetana, mont\u00faa, eva, alarije, marfal, borba, ciguentes, perruno y morisca, que se cultivan fundamentalmente en extremadura. los metodos que se han empleado para conseguir este objetivo han sido: descripci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica, estudio isoenzim\u00e1tico, an\u00e1lisis del contenido am\u00ednico de mostos en su madurez y observaci\u00f3n de los distintos estados fenol\u00f3gicos de la vid.  ja\u00e9n, pardina y blanca cayetana son tres denominaciones diferentes que hacen alusi\u00f3n a un mismo cultivar.  el estudio morfol\u00f3gico ha permitido comprobar c\u00f3mo ciertos caracteres son variables en funci\u00f3n de la localizaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica de los clones. El an\u00e1lisis isoenzim\u00e1tico m\u00e1s discriminante ha sido el de catecol oxidasas, y ha complementado las descripciones morfol\u00f3gicas. El cociente prolina:arginina ha establecido diferencias entre algunos de los cultivares estudiados.  la identificaci\u00f3n de los clones ha sido posible, en algunos casos, a trav\u00e9s del analisis de los mostos, asi como con el estudio de su comportamiento en los distintos estados fenol\u00f3gicos observados, aunque cuando se extiende a los clones virosados, se observan con estos m\u00e9todos ciertas diferencias entre las accesiones infectadas y las libres de virus que corresponden a una misma variedad.  en envero y el periodo de floraci\u00f3n-envero tienen una mayor influencia las
