Estos m\u00e9todos han sido: regresi\u00f3n robusta mediante minima mediana de cuadrados, calibraci\u00f3n por minimos cuadrados globales estudiando la homocedasticidad en la distribuci\u00f3n de los residuales; region de confianza conjunta para la pendiente y ordenada en el origen; analisis de varianza de las hipotesis de un regi\u00f3n de calibrado global, con el que es posible determinar la no influencia del efecto matriz y la independencia de la se\u00f1al analitica de un analito en presencia de otros; estudio del limite de deteccion en el que se ha tenido en cuenta el error puro del blanco asi como la propagaci\u00f3n del error en la calibraci\u00f3n y aplicando el factor de seguridad no centralizado propuesto por clayton y, finalmente, se ha aplicado la regresi\u00f3n mediante minimos cuadrados en la validacion de metodos analiticos. Con objeto de calcular todos estos algoritmos de forma rapida y fiable, se elaboro un programa en basic. A continuaci\u00f3n, se estudian las caracteristicas fluorescentes de la orina y el suero. En estas matrices biol\u00f3gicas se ha aplicado la tecnica de fluorescencia sincr\u00f3nica por isopotenciales de la matriz (fsim) a ls determinacion directa de dipiridamol en suero y de triamtereno y amilorida en orina. Combinado fsim con la espectroscop\u00eda de derivadas se ha resuelto la determinaci\u00f3n simultanea de estos dos \u00faltimos analitos en orina. Posteriormente, se aplic\u00f3 la fluorescencia sincr\u00f3nica de \u00e1ngulo variable no lineal (fsavnl) a la determinacion simultanea de una mezcla cuaternaria de atenolol, propranolol, amilorida y dipiridamol en farmacos. El espectro fsavnl fue un polinomio de grado tres que recorr\u00eda los m\u00e1ximos que se seleccionaron para la determinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
