Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo describe la existencia de receptores de alta afinidad para bdnf (bdnfrs) y nt-3 (nt-3rs), cuyo numero se encuentra regulado durante el desarrollo de la retina, presentando dos maximos: el primero coincidiendo con la diferenciacion masiva de los precursores en la edad embrionaria (e)7 (bdnf o nt-3) y el segundo con el efecto neurotrofico en e14 (bdnf) o e12 (nt-3). Los dos tipos de receptores para cada factor son distinguibles cineticamente y por inmunoprecipitacion. Bdnfrs en e14 es trkb mientras que el receptor de bdnf en e7 y los dos receptores de nt-3 presentan inmunoreactividad trk.  northern blots e hibridacion in situ sugirieron que bdnfrs en e7 es tambien trkb. La distribucion del transcrito trkb en la retina es independiente de la edad embrionaria y se corresponde con las funciones caracterizadas in vitro. En retinas en diferenciacion bdnf combinado con nt-3 posee efecto antiproliferativo y ademas potencia el efecto diferenciativo de nt-3.
