Los sistemas tradicionales consolidados por las ordenanzas laborales siguen siendo mayoritarios en la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva, aunque se haya producido una necesaria actualizaci\u00f3n de us contenido como consecuenia de la evoluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica..  -las reformas normativas queha sufrido el estatuto de los trabajadores introducen instrumentos jur\u00eddicos alternativos a la clasificaci\u00f3n profesional como mecanismo de determinaci\u00f3n e identificaci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n laboral. frente a ello, consideramos que la clasificaci\u00f3n, aunque adaptada a una concepci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible de las relaciones laborales, debe seguir desempe\u00f1ando un papel garantista y limitador de las facultades empresariales en orden a determinar y modificar la prestaci\u00f3n laboral objeto del contrato de trabajo.  -corresponde a la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva ofrecer soluciones adecuadas: por un lado, definiendo sistemas clasificatorios m\u00e1s adaptados a las reales necesidades tecnol\u00f3gicas y organizativas de las empresas, y por otro, impidiendo o limitando que la autonom\u00eda individual pueda contravenir lo acordado colectivamente respecto a la determinaci\u00f3n y modificaci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n de trabajo, es decir, condicionando los acuerdos individuales de poliValencia y movilidad funcional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
