En funci\u00f3n de la bilbiograf\u00eda y de nuestra experiencia previa se determina como punto cr\u00edtico la s\u00edntesis de la pel\u00edcula de siliciuro de iridio.  se desarrollan las rutas de procesos tecnol\u00f3gicos que permiten fabricar dioldos y detectores de barrera schottky de siliciuro de iridio con diferentes estructuras: con y sin anillo de gaurda, para iluminaci\u00f3n frontal o posterior y con cavidad diel\u00e9ctrica resonante para optimizar la respuesta \u00f3ptica de los detectores.  se ha estudiado del efecto de lso tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos (la temperatura, duraci\u00f3n y composici\u00f3n de la atm\u00f3sfera en la que se realizan) en horno de flujo constante, en el interior del sistema de evaporaci\u00f3n(in-situ) y mediante tratamiento t\u00e9rmico r\u00e1pido (rtp). Dado que los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de caracterizaci\u00f3n (rbs, sims, auger, tem) no permiten analizar la itercara silicio-siliciuro conla suficiente resoluci\u00f3n lateral y\/o en profunidad ha sido necesario adaptar un m\u00e9todo experimetnal indirecto: el an\u00e1lisis de las caracter\u00edsticas tensi\u00f3n-corriente en funci\u00f3n de la temperatura de medida (espectroscop\u00eda i-v-t) en el rango de temperaturas donde la emisi\u00f3n termoi\u00f3nica es dominante. El estudio de las caracter\u00edsticas de los diodos fabricados sobre sustratos tipo-n y su correlaci\u00f3n con los resultados obtenidos de la caracterizaci\u00f3n metal\u00fargica permite determianr si la intercara silicio-siliciuro resultante es homog\u00e9nea.  las conclusiones de este estudio permiten definir como m\u00e9todos \u00f3ptimos para la fabricaci\u00f3n de los detectores los tratamientos mediante rtp en atm\u00f3sfera de ar y los tratamientos en el interior del sistema de evaporaci\u00f3n a temperaturas inferiores a 400\u00c2\u00bac.  como verificaci\u00f3n de la
