Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En una primera parte del trabajo se describe el estudio del promotor del gen actina 403(pract403) de artemia cuya expresi\u00f3n est\u00e1 inducida durante el desarrollo embrionario. Se identific\u00f3 una zona esencial para la actividad promotora situada entre los nucle\u00f3tidos -176 y 122. El elemento de respuesta a suero(ser), parcialmente incluido en esa regi\u00f3n, esta implicando en el control de la actividad de pract403 en c\u00e9lulas en cultivo. El factor de respuesta a suero (srf) de las c\u00e9lulas en cultivo se une a este ser y regula el promotor al ser activado por las v\u00edas dependientes e independientes de tcf. Ensayos de retardo con extractos de quistes y nauplias indican la existencia en artemia de un factor capaz de unirse al ser de pract403.  al sospechar que este factor pod\u00eda ser un srf, se intent\u00f3 clonar el posible hom\u00f3logo en artemia, tal como se describe en la segunda parte del trabajo. Por rastreo de genoteca y por pcr anclada, se aislaron 2 clones cuya secuencia resulta en un cdna que codificaria una proteina (srfart) muy similar a factores srfs de otras especies. La expresi\u00f3n del mensajero de srf art no var\u00eda durante el desarrollo. Mientras, la actividad de uni\u00f3n de extractos nucleares al ser, que refleja posiblemente la cantidad y\/o actividad de la prote\u00edna srfart, aparece muy disminuida en quistes comparado con nauplias de artemia. Esto sugiere una regulaci\u00f3n traduccioal y\/o post-traducional del factor durante el desarrollo. La expresi\u00f3n del mensajero se detecta \u00fanicamente en los tejidos de origen ectod\u00e9rmico. Por otra parte, el gen actina 43 se expresa en los mismos tejidos que el mensajero de srfart, por lo que srfart podr\u00eda estar implicado en procesos de diferenciaci\u00f3n de tejidos ectod\u00e9rmicos en artemia y podr\u00eda regular la expresi\u00f3n de genes como actina 403.  en una tercera parte se presenta un estudio funcional de srfart sobreexpresado en celulas de mamifero.
