En la primera parte del trabajo se describe la realizaci\u00f3n de una funcionalizaci\u00f3n de la posici\u00f3n 5 del sistema 6-fenil-3(2h)-pirizazinona que ha permitido estudiar la infuencia del sustituyente en 5 sobre la reactividad del heterociclo.  estos resultados han servido de base para el desarrollo de procedimientos sint\u00e9ticos eficientes y sencillos que permiten la obtenci\u00f3nde 6-fenil-3(2h)-piridazinonas-4,5-dissustituidas, empleando como sintones 6-fenil-3(2h)-pirizadinonas sustuidas en 5.  el estudio de la actividad antiagregante plaquetaria de estos derivados pone de manifiesto la importancia de la naturaleza electr\u00f3nica del sustituyente de la posici\u00f3n 5 sobre la acci\u00f3nantiagregante del sistema. Los compuestos m\u00e1s activos de la serie son los que presentan en 5 grupos electr\u00f3n-atractores. estas conclusiones han llevado a preparar una serie de 3(2h)-piridazinonas que contienen en la posici\u00f3n 5 un doble enlace unido a dos grupos de esta naturaleza, los cuales son potentes inhibidores de la agregaci\u00f3n plaquetaria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
