Dentro de este amplio bloque se han elegido la reacci\u00f3n nitroald\u00f3lica, la descarboxilaci\u00f3n de 2-oxetanonas y la cicloadici\u00f3n 3+2 entre 1,3-dipolos y compuestos olef\u00ednicos los 1,3-dipolos seleccionados son los \u00f3xidos de nitrilo, nitronas y varios iluros de azometino.  el an\u00e1lisis teorico fue realizado mediante c\u00e1lculos ab initio y el empleo de la teoria del funcional de densidad. Tales estudios fueron llevados a cabo no s\u00f3lo en fase gas sino tambi\u00e9n en disoluci\u00f3n.  los mecanismos de reacci\u00f3n fueron evaluados computacionalmente desde un punto de vista estructural, energ\u00e9tico y magn\u00e9tico.
