concepto de calidad de vino, ha evolucionado durante la historia fruto de la renovaci\u00f3n de los h\u00e1bitos de consumo, la incorporaci\u00f3n de la ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda y el esfuerzo del viticultor.  en el momento actual los conceptos de originalida, tipificaidad y autenticidad determinan los criterios m\u00ednimos que debe disponer todo vino de calidad que se presente en el mercado.  las denominaciones de origen de la comunidad Valenciana representan la m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n de calidad en el mercado y un elemento importante en la dinamzaci\u00f3n del sector, vertebraci\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n en criterios de calidad.  los consejos reguladores de las denominaciones de origen, son la autoridad de control que garantizan la validez del proceso tanto a nivel del consumidor como del productor, y deben adquirir una personalidad jur\u00eddica precisa al momento actual.  se dise\u00f1a una estrategia conjunta de todos los productos de calidad, para que grantizando las
