Despu\u00e9s se revisa la legislaci\u00f3n educativa vigente y el estado actual de la reforma educativa, para ver la adecuaci\u00f3n o no del modelo, respecto a futuras aplicaciones en la eso, escuelas de adultos, programas de garant\u00eda social y dem\u00e1s recursos educativos donde se atienden j\u00f3venes con dificultades de aprendizaje.  el modelo curricular dise\u00f1ado enfatiza el papel que juegan las habilidades cognitivas implicadas en la misma, mediante el programa de enriquecimiento instrumental pei, el proyecto inteligencia de harvard pih y el sistema de evaluaci\u00f3n del potencial de aprendizja lpad.  por \u00faltimo se realiza un estudio emp\u00edrico para verificar la eficaia del modelo propuesto, siendo significativas las mejoras logradas en inteligencia
