Algunos p\u00e9ptidos a pesar de estabilizar la expresi\u00f3n de hla-e no permiten su reconocimiento por dichos receptores de c\u00e9lulas nk.  el citomegalovirus humano parece haber desarrollado mecanismos de evasi\u00f3n de la respuesta mediada por c\u00e9lulas nk basados en la expresi\u00f3n de hla-e. la transfecci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas virales us2 y us11 en una l\u00ednea linfoblastoide b, disminuyen la expresi\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas de hla de clase i pero dejan inalterada la de hla-e. Esto determina que estas c\u00e9lulas permanezcan resistentes a clones nk cd94\/nkg2a evadiendo as\u00ed su actividad citot\u00f3xica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
